What to do on Pensacola Beach Part 2
On my previous article I written, I talked about where to stay while at . After finding the perfect rental at Pensacola Beach Condo Rental, then i wrote about the educated value about Pcola Beach and what one can do there in that way. In this article, I will write about all the enjoyable things one can do at Pcola Beach from finding the perfect place to eat at or partying until 2 o’clock in the morning.
If you are 1 of the types that eat for the taste and not to survive, then Pensacola Beach is probably 1 of- if not the best place to try a variety of food from world famous to local eateries. Some examples are Flounders, Crabs, Land Shark, Margaretville, Grand Marlin, Hooters, Peg Leg Pete’s, Dog House Deli, and Lagunas. A amazing local place is Dog House Deli; Dog House Deli was established in downtown Pensacola in ‘77, and immediately became a well-known restaurant. It now recently has a place on Pcola Beach where you can try their famous family recipe like Red Beans and Rice and Banana Bread Pudding; and why not try a foot long dog with all the topping you can imagine on top of it. If you are more fascinated in world famous things in life, then Crabs is the eatery you need to try while at Pensacola Beach. Crabs is pretty much known for their…. Yep you guessed it, crabs; it is one of the top ten beach restaurants in the world! A brand new but well known franchise that recently became part of Pcola Beach is Margaritaville. Within its first hotel ever built, there are two places to eat at that have two completely different atmospheres. Their beach environment restaurant is known as Landshark; it is an outside restaurant with a Hawaiian fire place, bar, band area, plenty of games for kids, and a paradise area to relax. Their other restaurant is a formal wear eatery inside the hotel itself. This place and Grand Marlin are probably the only restaurants not to look like you just came from the beach and need to dress to impress, but you will get the finest food that money can buy. As you can tell, I can keep going about this topic, but this is making me hungry just talking about it; if you do not believe me, than come see for yourself.
If you are interested in partying till the sun comes up, than there are are loads of great clubs and bars to see while you’re staying at Pcola Beach. Castaways, Captain Fun, Flounders, Bamboo Willies, and The Dock are probably the best bars to try out. All within the main area of Pcola Beach, these clubs will have your head spinning with excitement while listening to great bands and DJs and meeting new people throughout the night. If you’re still a little underage, Captain Fun and Castaway are available for 18 and older crowds on certain days of the week; in fact, Castaway will let anyone come through their doors till a certain time at night. If you combine these places with a weekend, festival, or even a holiday, you have twice as much fun. Some of the well-known festivals and holidays are DeLuna Fest, Bushwhacker Festival, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July weekend, and Blue Angel Weekend. DeLuna Fest is a weekend full of hundreds of well-known and local bands and singers playing all at Main Beach; Bushwhacker Festival is a weekend at the boardwalk where you can not even walk because there is so many people all doing 1 thing… drinking till they drop; Memorial Day Weekend is the weekend for all the gays and lesbian to go to the beach and do what they do best (if you are straight, don’t come); Blue Angel and Fourth of July Weekend takes place the same week and it’s a ten day weekend of fireworks and planes!
This is just a few things you can do at Pensacola Beach. I would tell you more, but why not just come and see for yourself.
